Hey Scott,
I have a 2009 grand marquis ls and the ac won't blow from the dash, it blows from the defroster and the floor boards but not out the front vents. I ran a the test through the unit and got the codes 888 but still no ac I think it might be a vacuum leak but honestly no clue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If it's anything like my '99 Ranger, it's probably a vacuum leak. That car is 14 years old, now. When I'm driving uphill with the A/C on, the A/C comes out of the defrosters, even though I set it to "Face". I tried it last year and it was so rusty, the screws stripped, so I just left it.
You have an error code, try to hunt that down before you do anything else.
