Scotty, my wife’s car is a 2016 Ford Fusion and it’s been a nightmare. We bought it with 23,000 miles on it and over the past 3 years we’ve replaced the engine (two weeks out of warranty), the flywheel and the catalytic converter and now it has less than 60,000 miles on it. I want to complain to Ford about it. The dealer claims they’ve contacted Ford for help and Ford said ‘no’. We’ve paid thousands of dollars in repairs an worried about whats next. What would you do?
Ford doesn't have the slightest interest in any of their 5 year old cars, and those that are out of warranty.
Ford doesn't even care about their customers that buy new cars let alone a used one. Your best bet is probably to unload that thing and buy something else even as crazy as the market is now.
I would not buy Fords any more
