Hey Scotty, I have a 2016 Honda Civic with 161,000 miles with a CVT transmission and a 1.5 L engine. My transmission has rough shifts and jerks as I approach stop from any speed. I noticed it is worse when my AC is on full blast and I’m in the full heat of the day(100 degrees in Houston) I have changed the transmission fluid every 40 thousand miles and the engine oil every 5 thousand. I’ve noticed it gets a lot better when it’s cooler outside and my fan speed is reduced.

Load test the battery and alternator. If they checked out, inspect the serpentine belt and the pulleys.
