Hello Scotty,
How do I know what services/ maintenance I need by mileage on my 2016 lexus is350 f sport? Currently has 42k miles. I got it at 31 k miles and so far have had oil changes done at 5 k miles intervals but no other services done.

You can start by reading what it says in the maintenance sections of your owner's manual.
