i'm thinking about bidding on a 2016 Nissan Rogue at a police auction. Body and interior pictures look great, but can't test drive. No title so would need to file a form for "abandoned vehicle". Its aelling for way below book value, about $8000. Thoughts?
never buy an auction car especially a police auction you know nothing of the history and sometimes they were involved in drug deals and if somehow you could pulled over and drugs were missed and then they find them on your car you're going to be responsible for that too
General rule: if you cannot test it, do not buy it.
NO THE CAR ITSELF IS JUNK IF A MECHANIC CANT CHECK IT OUT NO DEAL NO TITLE IS BAD THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO GET YOURSELF IN AN ENDLESS ROUND OF THROWING MONEY FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS. Run away please!!!!!
