AFTER REPLACING STRUT MOUNTS & BEARINGS (FRONT, BOTH SIDES) IS AN ALIGNMENT REQUIRED, RECOMMENDED OR NOT NECESSARY AT ALL?

Depends if the guy knew what he was doing. You replaced those parts. If they are the correct parts made the correct size. It would not affect the alignment. But let's say you went for cheaper aftermarket Chinese made parts. I would advise getting an alignment then
