Hey Scotty, I have 2016 Nissan Sentra with 88k miles. There is a ticking sound come from the rear of the car when car at idle. Doesn’t happen all the time. Not sure what causes it.
thanks
Just a heads up keep an eye on your transmission. I had a 2015 Sentra with a 123k on it and transmission went out twice first I had to have a brand new transmission out in I went to a third party private mechanic cost me $3100 it went out two weeks later. It had already been in the shop for a month then thankfully since it was a new transmission from Nissan it was covered under the warranty on it but second time I had to have Nissan dealer so the work and it took them two freaking months and wouldn’t even give me a loaner car. I’m never buying Nissan again. Their transmissions the cvt sucks. I had a 07 Honda Fit with 223k miles and it had a cvt in it and still ran no issues stock everything even after it was wrecked on the front end it still drove like a champ. I should have kept it and used insurance money to fix the damage
Does it happen when the car is warm and you turn off the car?
