I guess rough is the right term. I posted a little while back about this and received some good info, and followed it. It's still happening though, but seems to be better. It periodically revs up and down between 500 and 1000 rpm, and seems to do a little bit better when it's in neutral vs park (torque converter maybe?). I thought it was the alternator, possibly, so I had it checked at auto zone and they said it was weak. Took it to the Toyota dealership, because I wanted Toyota parts, but they said it was just the battery - so they replaced that in stead. 

Anyway, still does it. I haven't checked the spark plugs, or checked for a vacuum leak yet - I will. I was wondering if there was anything else it could be/I could check.
