2016 Volkswagen Golf VII 2.0 TSI R, 190000 KM
I keep needing to put coolant into the reserve container ... It seems to disappear by the liters.

You're either leaking it or burning it. You need to determine which. See Scotty's videos on finding coolant leaks and testing head gaskets.
