Evening Scotty. Have an issue with my 2017 4Runner SR5. Just recently I would hit the lock button on the fob and all the doors but the drivers door would lock and I had to lock it manually. Now the passenger door is doing it as well. I replaced battery in fob and it did not fix the issue. Most people say it is the RC motor inside the door that controls the lock that has to be replaced, but the whole door must be torn down to do that. Is there an easier fix for this? Thanks

There is no easy fixing probably. Eventually all four of the motor assemblies will break. It's kind of a design flaw on those. But you can get replacement ones from a company like dorman cheaper than the dealer
