was driving, using apple car play, volume spiked as I switched to next song, radio head died, backup camera also. Do I need to replace the whole unit or is there a fuse somewhere ? All fuses inside the car test good, all fuses in the engine compartment test good (with Multimeter). What am I missing ?

Well, there's often a fuse behind the radio that you can remove the radio and replace that fuse. But if a fuse blew, there's generally a reason. And you'd have to find where the short is. Realize it could be in the backup camera wiring. It could be in the radio. Could be in lots of things cuz they both use the same fuse and power supply. A short to anywhere will cut the radio and the backup camera out
