Hello Scotty, I watch your videos all the time and have learned so much...thank you. Well, here's my dilemma. My son brought a 17 A3 Audi with 22100 miles a year ago. Well, in December he had them to check something and during their inspection the technician mentioned that the tires are very worn and cracking. He sent a video of him inspecting. Well here's the problem, during the purchase they told my son that the tires are new. Now he has to replace all four. They are trying to say he put 20,000 plus miles on the car. They are lying. Is there anything I/we can do. I'm only as for recommendations. Please help!!


Clarification: Who is “them” - The dealer?


Yes, I really think they are trying to cheat my son. Telling him the tires were new, when in reality they weren't


You can tell the age of the tire by looking at the 4 digits after the DOT (xxxx) [week-Year]
