2017 Buick Regal 2900 miles maintenance needs in beach town?

I just bought a 2017 Buick Regal GS a week ago with only 2900 miles. The car is absolutely mint and still smells like a new car. I live in a beach town and the owners only drove the car when they came down for the Summer and that's why it has such low mileage.

My question is, since the car has rarely been driven in 5 years, what if any issues should I look for ? Everything is original and the oil has been changed. Should the battery be replaced ( it puts out 14 volts ), any rubber items or fluids be examined ?

Thanks for replying and I gain a ton of knowledge by watching your videos.

You said you live in a beach town. I would check it front to back, top to bottom for rust. Even if it has been garaged, the salt water mist finds it's way in and starts to deteriorate any metal on a vehicle. Not much you can do in that environment.

Otherwise, change your fluids, check for dry rot on the tires, check the battery, check the weatherstripping, wiper blades....the usual suspects.
