I have a 2020 Pilot 14600 miles B16 Service code. The 6 is the differential fluid exchange. Is it worth it? Is it necessary?

Fluid is always gonna be cheaper than the part itself. That being said, since it's the first change then yes. After every 30k miles.

Never cheap out on maintenance. If it shows as needed, it is absolutely necessary.
When you start skipping maintenance needs, you start shortening the lifespan of the vehicle.
