2017 camry i4 257000 miles. I used a borescope to check the exhaust manifold, and it’s clogged. Should I go with OEM Toyota or is Dorman fine? Dorman is $150 cheaper. The engine burns about 1000 ml of oil every 1000 miles.

For an additional $150 I'd go with OEM since that is most likely to work.
