Engine check light flashing, vibration in gas pedal, plugged in my Fixd, got a code P0305, 5th cylinder misfiring, took to mechanic, was told rodents chewed wiring, about 2 months later same issue, code P0306, 6th cylinder misfiring, mechanic checked on computer, and ran inspection, found nothing, on the way home problem came back, what could it be, mileage 110,000.

Same issue but on a different cylinder it looks like. Low hanging fruit: did you move the spark plug/coil to a different cylinder and see if that cylinder specific misfire code moves with it?
