I have a 2017 Ford Focus SEL with only 31,000 miles on it. Everything works on it and I quite enjoy the little car. Is it worth paying off and keeping it for several years or is it not a car that will last? I just don't want to throw money down the drain. Thank you for your hard work and honest videos.
Clarification: If you kept it, how many more years and mileage do you need it to last you?
Definitely not if it has the lousy "PowerShift" automated transmission that Ford keeps getting sued over. If so you'll want to get rid of it before the transmission craters. (If it has a manual transmission it might be OK for a while but engine problems and other issues have been reported as well. It's not a very good long-term vehicle.)
