I have been told by a mechanic I need lower control arms I only have 75000 miles never been wrecked. New tires new brakes. Rides very well. Your thoughts.

Well Honda's makes relatively weak control arm bushings and they could be worn out and you can't replace the bushings you have to replace the entire control arm

Take the wheel and inspect. Highly unlikely they are bad.
