Hello sir -
Specs: 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L (6 speed) ~ 93k miles
Car throwing a 'Transmission System Error' only when I drive the car. This is my wife's daily driver. She puts 200 miles on it each week and has never seen the error. I drive it 15 miles down the road...the error throws! I've intentionally driven it gently (trying to emulate her driving style), yet it still throws.
At the end of the day, we're not thrilled with the vehicle and this seems to be the potential 'cherry on top'. Can you please advise on the following:
- Why might the error display for me and not the other driver?
- We're considering just trading it in and getting a Toyota Highlander instead. Thoughts?
Thank you!

Take it to a transmission expert who can diagnose it using a fancy scan tool.
