Hey Scotty,
I see a one owner 2015 Camry SE for 16.5k, with 25k miles and with a clean and decent maintenance history carfax. I also see a 2 owner, 2 minor accident 2016 Toyota Camry LE with 33k miles going for 14.5k. Which one would be a better buy? Would I be missing out on better technology, suspension and overall performance going after the 2015 Camry se? Would the 2016 be best to stay away from being that it has 2 minor accidents? Would I be going against the rule on not buying the first generation of any car because of it possibly being the most problematic? Please help.
Since you're looking at decade-old cars their history and current condition is going to be more important than their model year.
Both the 2015 and 2016 Camrys are good, reliable cars. Here's what AMD (The Car Care Nut) stated he believes are the best years to buy: https://youtu.be/V612Ow3hJAs?t=135
As @chucktobias suggested, choose the one with the best maintenance records. A year or 2 difference in models isn't as important as the car's maintenance history.
