My daughter is trying to replace the cv axle shaft in her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. We've gotten 5 different parts and none of them match up to the original. We've counted the grooves and measured it, but none have matched. The ones that are originally in the auto parts store system are 37" and it's supposed to be 26 3/4". Can you please help

When you go to a parts store, you have to have your VIN to make sure the parts are correct.

none of them match up to the original.

Which engine do you have? There are 3 different engine options and they seem to have different parts -

2.0T - https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/hyundai,2017,santa+fe,2.0l+l4+turbocharged,3435193,drivetrain,cv+axle,2288

2.4L - https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/hyundai,2017,santa+fe,2.4l+l4,3435194,drivetrain,cv+axle,2288

3.3L V6 - https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/hyundai,2017,santa+fe,3.3l+v6,3435195,drivetrain,cv+axle,2288

Good point and another reason to have your VIN.
