2017 Lexus ES 350 with 61k miles. Recently I changed brake pads and rotors myself. When done with the job, i saw the brake fluid overflowed. Now the brake fluid is above Max level. Is this dangerous? What can be done now?

Well you can suck some of it out with a turkey baster. When you squeeze the Pistons in the brake calipers and that pushes the fluid back into the reservoir, that's why there's more in it
@scottykilmer Can I just leave it as is without removing any fluid?

Never top up brake fluid unless it goes below the minimum line

Tampons work to pull that extra brake fluid out, too.
