2005 Ford Fiesta slow coolant leak

Hi there I am in New Zealand and have a 2005 Ford Fiesta Ghia 1.6 Duratec with almost 160,000km/almost 100,000mi I'm third owner from 121,000km.. after fixing my recent transmission issue while I was here I thought I'd ask a question about a slow apparent coolant leak.. I'm keeping my service intervals regular at 10,000km (6,231mi)last service I noticed the coolant had been filled to correct level (full) as at 2,000km left before next service is due (like right now) the coolant is well below 50% and there's not external leaking and the oil is clear/clean and correct level.

Any thoughts on this? Many thanks.

You can use a pressure test and/or UV dye to find leaks that are not otherwise readily apparent.

Your head gasket may be blown. I don't know if they have an AutoZone, etc. In New Zealand. If there's an auto parts store, and you can rent tools, rent a tester that checks for head gasket leaks. https://youtu.be/v0U8Iyf0kk4?si=vnnJPqUvPofaFhL3

Your radiator cap may also be leaky, if it's the original one. There's no other possibility.
