Hey Scotty, I bought a 2017 mustang v6 with 96k miles, I’m hitting the age where I’m starting to car work myself and I want to upgrade it, I’ve already done minor stuff like a spoiler and louvers on the quarter windows, I’m getting ready to install Bilstein b16 pss10 shocks, I want to make my car faster without decreasing the life of my engine so turbos are out of the question, what else can I do to make it faster and what should I stay away from

Driving the crap out of any car, turbocharged or not, will wear the engine out faster.
I bought a 2017 Mustang V6 when it was brand-new and have done minimal modifications to it. I like Roush axleback exhaust.
I had a professional tune the car to only accept premium gas, and I put a Roush cold air intake on it. That's it. The stock engine already has 300 horsepower; V8s from the 2005-2009 generation had roughly the same horsepower. It's plenty.
