2017 Toyota Sienna with 65K miles. Dealer recommends a transmission fluid drain and refill at 60-65K. The manual says this is only needed under special driving conditions like towing. Should I do the transmission drain and fill or not? Is the transmission fluid really good for the entire life of the van? Thanks!

that's amazing! He didn't tell you it was "sealed for life" and didn't tell you to flush it. One-in-a-million dealer this one.
