Hey Scotty where would I go to make all my complaints about the problems I’m having with my truck. I have a friend with the same truck as me and both of us have head units that turn off randomly and wont come back on as well as the backlit buttons going bad at 60k mile and then you have the clunky transmission…. I just need someone to complain to thanks Scotty!!!
Also try http://www.carcomplaints.com and add your issues to their database - very important for others (owners and prospective buyers) to see the issues others are experiencing to warn others.

I tried calling customer service tgey just tried sending me to a dealer for service. When i took it to the dealer they wanted $400 and said they couldn’t guarantee they could even fix it.

Isn't a 2017 with 60k still within factory warranty?
Chevrolet bumper to bumper warranty is 3 years/36,000 miles unless OP bought extended warranty.
@daywalker so it is. I was thinking of the powertrain.
Powertrain is 5 year/60,000 mile and I’ve heard stories from some folks where if you are just barely over that in mileage that GM won’t help if you have an issue.
