2017 Tacoma long crank issues

Scotty, my son purchased a used 2017 4x4 Tacoma with 50,000 miles on it. Very nice truck, but now at around 80,000 miles he is having long crank issues before it will start. He has taken this to the dealer and they have reprogramed the computer, replaced the plugs, and checked the fuel pump pressure. Everything is good, but the problem is still there and to make it worse it is intermittent. The dealer says until the truck throws a code they can't do anything else. I advised him to put a couple of doses of injector cleaner in it over the next couple of weeks and see what happens. What are your thoughts? Jim
