Scotty, It is my understanding that the f 350 f450 and 250 with a 6.7 liter diesel all have a defective fuel pumps. The CP4 fuel pump is the problem. The piston in the fuel pump spins and the bearing can no longer role and causes metal shards to shoot through the whole fuel system. There is even a lawsuit against Ford due to this fuel pump. Do you have any thoughts on what we could do to prevent damage to our expensive engine due to this defective fuel pump.
Well basically keep the fuel filters clean so they don't clog up and strain the pump too much or if you're worried do prevent a maintenance and replace the stupid pump with a new one
