Why does my front end suspension squeak when it bounces? 2011 Ford ranger with 97,768 miles. The suspension is all good. Nothings is worn out

Check the rubber bushings that are between the metal parts of the suspension and the body/subframe - common source of squeaks.

If the suspension is original, check the bushings and the Struts/Shocks. After 100k miles with most suspensions the rubber starts to stiffen and deteriorate. The shocks and struts start to leak and fail.
