2017 Toyota Camry LE Rust/Corrosion on Passenger Side Suspension Bolt in Engine Compartment

Scotty, my 2017 Toyota Camry LE has rust/corrosion in the engine compartment on the bolt that holds the front passenger side suspension in place.  I traced it to the carwash I go to as that side tends to get some water whereas the other side does not.  The water just sits in the bowl shape where the nut is located.  It appears that on the underside of the hood, there is an indentation allowing the windshield washer fluid line to pass, so I’m assuming the gasket is just not as good at keeping water out there.  Is there anything I can do about this?  Should the bolt be replaced or is it ok with some rust/corrosion on it?  Can I prevent additional corrosion in the future from happening?

A little crazy like that means nothing you could brush it off with a wire brush and then spray it with any type of prime or paint that'll keep it from rusting
