Hello,
I purchased a like-new 2017 Toyota Camry SE earlier this year and a feature I see over and over again is
the "sport-tuned suspension". I have yet to find EXACTLY what that means. Can anyone provide the details please?
Thanks
Tom
It may improve al little bit body-rolling.
But I think it is just marketing trick to sell you more expensive packages(trim levels).
Well, … I’m assuming your car has a multiple mode push button (or a knob). Push that button to a sporty mode while you driving and sense how it all feels, … push a gas pedal more aggressively! Your ride should be a bit harsher, less pillowy, sharper steering response, holding gears up to higher shift points, … all like that. You like it? Leave the button alone! Your sport suspension is in sport mode! Enjoy, …
… if, however, you don’t like it, … push the button back to normal and experience your car being high on novocaine forever after! Ignore your sport suspension setting, … no harm will result.
Best,
F.S.
A little firmer suspension for a family sedan.

Thanks Nick and all! But to answer the questions..... I don't ever "mess" with the paddles or play around with manual shift mode. I just go to D and leave it. I guess what I was looking for is specifics in the way of ...say : larger shocks? larger springs? heavy duty front end parts like____?
That's what I thought I was looking for in the sport tuned suspension definition......
