Should I change my transmission fluid on 2017 Toyota Corolla?

Scotty, My recommended Toyota Maintenance Schedule says I don't have to change transmission fluid unless I drive while towing, use a car-top carrier or heavy vehicle loading.  I don't drive under any of these conditions.  I have changed oil & all filters at all recommended intervals.

Should I still change my transmission fluid out at this mileage even though its not required?

YES.

On a CVT, if you want it to last 30k interval should be good - especially if you drive in a city.

Well, it is required. Do the drain and refill with Toyota CVT fluid. Do not flush it though.

The 2017 Toyota Corolla LE has a CVT, and you are overdue for a transmission fluid change.  Ideally, you should change the fluid every 30,000 miles for the CVT’s:  I would stick to that schedule from now on, and only use the Toyota OEM fluid.

Any fluid in the car needs to be changed at some point in time, fortunately you are at the mileage where it is recommended to change the transmission fluid in that car, especially for a CVT transmission.

Just drain the fluid out, and add new fluid in the same amount that was drained from the transmission.

Make sure you use the Toyota fluid, its expensive but I would not use any other.
