Hello, I have a person on Facebook marketplace offering to trade me a 2017 VW Jetta TSI with 102,000 miles for my 2017 Harley Davidson Roadster. The guy sent me many pictures of the car and told me what all was done to it. Looks to be in great shape and well taken care of. It has a 5 speed manual in it too. I do not know a whole lot about VWs. Anyone think this would be a good work car/ daily driver for me for the foreseeable future?

VW's are rolling piles of garbage like Scotty says. Keep searching.

Personally, I would only buy it as a fun car to drive occasionally. With that many miles though, expect problems.
