Hello Scotty,
I just want to ask if it's just normal as claimed by dealership that my 2018 3 liter V6 mitsubishi outlander GT 6 speed automatic with about 7,000 total miles after 3 years will have 14 miles per gallon on city and 20 highway even though in the window sticker it's 20 city and 27 highway?? and the gas requirement for this car is premium
dealership told me it's just the way I drive and new york city traffic even I told them I always put the car on 1) gas saving eco mode and 2) all wheel drive eco mode and 3) air con or heater off because I tried to save on gas.,, oil and filter change every 6 months as required.
I just saw in youtube there's a mitsubishi class action lawsuit in australia
https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=australia+mitsubishi+class+action+lawsuit
I am looking if there is a mitsubishi class action lawsuit here in USA but none came out in internet search..
Thank you very much for your time..
Yes it's normal.
The numbers they put on the sticker were achieved in a wind tunnel under laboratory conditions, with 10knot tailwind, downhill, no mirrors, Jupiter aligned with Venus, and a 40lb test dummy.
You will never achieve it.
Do you know what a class action will get you ... bupkiss.
The lawyers will make off will all the money, laughing all the way to the bank.

Thank you MountainManJoe.
The Outlanders almost never got the advertised mileage. I don't recall seeing anything about a lawsuit against them here in the States though. I'd say it is normal for the vehicle.
Thank you Mod_Man.
You're most welcome
You're selecting AWD instead of two wheel? Well there's your issue right there regardless of eco mode.
no AWD vehicle I've owned had a 2wd option
It has been an option on those since 2011.
fancy
Thank you RussellJKelly81.
