I saw on carmax a 2018 Buick Regal Tourx. They go from $23k to $25k in price. This is an amazing price for a 5 year old car. It is worth it?

It's a rebadged Opel Insignia. GM sold Opel to Peugeot in 2017, so that car is essentially an orphan in the U.S. You can count on problems with parts and service down the road. (Also those mass flipper companies like Carmax are not great places to buy anything.)
