My 2018 Chevy Silverado will not start without the Active fuel module management module in. When I pull it out it won't start. When it starts it will not go into drive. It will go into reverse. But won't Rev. Up.

Of course it won't. You can't just remove a control module and expect an engine to work.

Is there a specific question? Do these problems persist with that module in place? How much diagnosis has been done? What do codes and live data show?
