I’m having an intermittent misfire. Can’t feel it like it’s a bad misfire, but it’s more like the rpm needle bounces a tiny bit. Can this be caused by a bad exhaust manifold or bolts

There are dozens of things that can cause misfires including those. But I know is the most common one. Is the cams wearing out from incorrect design then it misfires because the cams are worn and they don't open and close the valves correctly
