Hi I was wondering why my “new car” purchase in may 2018 I had to replaced the battery already?,
Also I live in San Francisco bay aérea and I have a Ford dealer close to home so I do the oil change there but it’s been a disappointment they charge $90 dollars for an oil change and last time they didn’t do the oil change, and I know because I have a dash cam and in the video you can see when they park my car in the service lot and hours later when I picked the car up just drive the car to the front and I drove away, they dint bother to reset the system and that how I notice it right after a trip to Vegas, so when I checked the camera I was in Nevada in my way back to the Bay Area so I when to See the manager at the dealer and I explain the situation and I try to show him the video and he refused to watch and said to me that they will do the oil change for free. That was the last time Me there. Unfortunately the last oil change that they do splash the engine bay with oil so ..... that a sad story
The reason why the you could be having battery issues is because there is something electrical staying on draining the battery. I am bringing this up because the 2017 Ford Fusions have the issues of major battery drainage. I am not sure this is the problem with this vehicle, just bringing it up so it could give you an idea of what it could be.
