2018 Honda Fit Sport noises

Hello all. My ride is a 2018 Honda Fit Sport with a CVT transmission and 75k miles. Recently, I have been having issues on the front passenger side of the car. It began as a slight grind when turning sharply left, and has evolved dramatically. The problems now consist of sporadic popping noises ( seeming to come from the right side tire area), more grinding when turning left, when hitting bumps the tire feels like it loses all traction and spins a bit, and the most recent problem is a wobble in the wheel on top of everything else. I have already replaced the CV Axle, which did nothing, had a brake fluid change and brake inspection ( also no results) and paid for a full suspension check ( also no dice on diagnosis). I am out of funds at this point, and can't keep guessing and replacing. when I push down to test shocks, I get the normal 1and 1/2 bounce, but also a barely audible squeak. I am honestly lost at this point, and don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated, as I drive on a daily basis.

Well it could be a lot of things but often that's a bad wheel bearing. Any mechanic. Can jack it up in the air and tell you in 2 minutes where that noise is coming from? Check the wheel bearings control arm. Bushings and ball joints and tie rods to see if any of them are worn

mechanics did that, there was no play in the tire left or right, up or down either, which was even more confusing. They also couldn't replicate the symptoms when the car was lifted up.
