I have a 2018 honda hr-v with 36k miles. Everytime i accelerate the ac blows less and when i stop accelerating the ac blows more. And when it's on, off and on I hear a humming sound then a "bloop" sound. I don't know if that's normal for the ac/car to be acting like this. Thanks for the help.

Load test the battery and alternator.
