My 2018 Camry is giving me a trouble code P26AE
Engine Coolant Bypass
Valve 'B' Control Circuit High. What could be the issue and how can I fix it. Toyota dealer is asking for $4k

If my lead is correct that would be a electronic water pump issue, why it prematurely failed like this is another issue. Can't really tell though without being there to see the car. Try to get a quote/inspection from a different shop and see what pops up. Dealers like to upsell.
