Scotty, I got a used black 2019 Toyota Camry SE earlier this year. No accident on record. The paint on the front bumper started chipping while I was washing it at a self serve car wash. It’s a 2 year old car and this is already happening. What is causing this ? Is modern Toyota paint just crap quality ?

No accident on record.
It does not mean it did not have an accident.

See if it's covered under warranty. Problem is, you don't know what body work was done to the car before you got it.

Look underneath the bumper (the bottom lip), does it have any signs of paint drips/rough surfaces/ridges?
