- My 2019 Camry SE with 137,000 miles makes a whirring noise that starts at a low pitch when you accelerate, almost sounds like a siren, then gets higher pitched as you accelerate. Sound lets off at high speeds when you take your foot off the gas. Resumes when you hit the gas. Not affected by putting car in neutral and revving engine while in motion. Seems to be coming from low on the drivers side under the hood. Bearing? Pump? Torque converter? Thanks!

Is the fan belt original? Check it and belt-driven pulleys and accessories.
