Good Afternoon Scotty.
My 2019 Ford F150 Raptor has an issue when the A/C is turned on and the Recirculating Air is activated. It pulls all outside odors and fills my cabin. The dealer said that is normal. I don't see how it can be. Any thing I can check myself to solve this problem?
The dealer would say it was "normal" if rotating knives popped out of the steering wheel and cut up your chest.
If you're getting outside odours when in recirculating mode it is likely the recirculate flap is not working. Since it's computer-operated, a high-level bidirectional scan tool is needed to diagnose the problem. If under warranty that's a job for the dealer. I'm sure you paid a pretty penny for that truck - time to put on the gorilla suit when confronting the dealer.

Chances are is that one of the recirculation flap is not moving correctly.
As a start you'd connect an all systems scanner and see how the A/C door position sensors react.
Perhaps it's a good idea to try a different dealership, but only if it's under warranty.
And more than often with that "top quality ford design", that's a DASH OUT job to replace -
So the dealer will do anything to avoid giving you what they owe you.
