I have a 2019 Honda Pilot Lx and it making a popping noise bu the dash board i took it to the dealer ans told me that the know about the problem and they will call me once they know how to fix it and 1 yr has pass and i call them and they told me that dont have a solution yet i ask to speak with manager and that was 2 month ago does anyone knows about this issue??

Try another dealership. They have to address it its under factory warranty.
