Throttle Body Service - $150
Air/Fuel Induction System Cleaning - $245
Prices are outlandish, and I could probably do these myself. But it seems like they are just being a greedy dealership. With this low mileage would I really need these already?

All those "services" amount to is the dealer wanting to extract nearly $400 from your wallet for no good reason.
Prices are outlandish,
The prices themselves sound reasonable. I don't think you will find much better.
The services are important for a GDI engine, but shouldn't be needed for a while yet.
Yes the dealership is trying to clean you out. You should find an independent mechanic instead.
You should also read our Korean car topic https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/hmg/
Here is a list of all the services they recommended. https://ibb.co/p2Hz6kK
Did they recommend based off mileage or were you having an issue?
I highly doubt you need those things.

Check your manual for the mileage of your air filter and cabin changes.
Both are relatively easy to do.
