I need an 8 passenger vehicle and read the Navigator was a good choice. Moving from a Honda Odyssey, i was tired of mini vans, I now am unhappy and paid alot. My Navigator has the Cam Phaser issue for sure. It has 60k Kms ( Im Canadian Aeh) - Can you tell me if its ruined - should I take losses or is this a good vehicle once repaired? Its not tight like a honda and runs rough. I'm at a loss here.

Find a pro to check the car. Those engines do not hold up well but yours does not have many miles. If you look for another big SUV, consider Sequoia or Land Cruiser.
Have it scanned for codes and go from there.
