Well that depends on what you want, if you want the most practical vehicle that will last a long time, go with the Rav4 since the CH-R is very small inside and it's pretty sluggish compared to the Rav4. If you like sedans I would go with the Mazda3, since the Civic u mentioned is the EX-T which means it has that problematic 1.5 turbo 4, I would avoid that.

The Rav4 will last longer, the Mazda can go a long distance, but the Rav4 will go further
I’d also pick the RAV4 out of those..
For $2000 more, you’ll get a brand new Mazda 3.
For $1500 more, you’ll get a brand new CH-R.
That Civic has the 1.5L turbo which may suffer from oil dilution.
RAV4 by far.
