I tried filling the gas tank at several different gas stations and it won't allow me to fill the gas tank. Please Help!!!!!!!!!
Please see FAQ. This same question was asked a few days ago. You are going to have to examine all the components of the EVAP system to find the problem.

But also could be: there is a known issue - something funny about FCA filler necks from that era. I haven’t seen a detailed explanation, but the workaround is to put in the nozzle upside down.
