2019 rav 4
someone stole {black}:evil: (broke it off and took it) the front grill toyota emblem that sits in front of the radar assembly. i replaced it with the same part # off ebay for $52. the radar does not work now. toyota wants $300 for their oem emblem. do i have to repalce with their $300 part??
Maybe you can find a used one from a RAV4 wrecked from the rear. Assuming the radar works with the emblem missing that part must be made of a material that is transparent to the frequencies used.

From a Google search this is what's behind the emblem that functions as the radar so maybe that is damaged too. Don't have a Rav4 so going based off of some Rav4 forum information.
